Providing an elegant evening of culinary delights inspired by global and local influences, De la Tierra restaurant is a magnet for discerning palates. For a more natural setting, you can dine al fresco in The Gardens. Breakfast is available from 7AM to 11AM. Lunch is available is from 11AM to 2PM.  Dinner is served from 5PM to 9PM Sunday through Thursday and 5PM to 10PM on Friday and Saturday November through April then 5PM to 10PM daily from May through October.

Enjoy breakfast in the lush tropical atrium amidst an orchard of exotic fruit and spice trees. Enjoy the garden’s tranquility while savoring the alluring aroma of kaffir lime, Ceylon cinnamon and white guava and listening to the indoor spring splash down a small waterfall.

For a more casual and dynamic dining experience, Anaconda Bar might be more to your taste. As the mighty anaconda sculpture slithers across the ceiling in the Anaconda Bar and exotic fish swim in a lavish saltwater aquarium, a lively and edgy atmosphere invites guests to socialize over a signature margarita and creative cuisine. The Anaconda Bar opens at 3PM which includes food service from 3PM to 10PM.
